“The role of a leader is not to come up with all the great ideas. The role of a leader is to create an environment in which great ideas can happen.”― Simon Sinek, Start with Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action

I wouldn’t be where I am today if someone didn’t encourage my ideas. What I learned through that experience was a way to bring people along in the decision-making process.

And, I did that with proposals.

Now that I lead a team, I help my team advocate for change by encouraging them to write proposals. What’s…

We built a dashboard to help us automate talent metrics reporting and quickly figure out areas that we can focus on to improve our recruiting process at Neltify. And, we want to share it with you!

After using the dashboard for a few months it helped us advocate for more headcount and resources, figure out where to focus our attention and prioritize projects, and project and estimate our hiring targets.
